She Created A Program To Help Moms Self Improve
Posted by Christin Lattimore on Aug 8th, 2015
Are you stuck in a fog and just can’t seem to get motivated? Maybe your stuck and don’t know how to move forward?
To hep you clear the fog and get motivated I’ve put together a group that is completely judge free. It doesn’t matter if you have never done a squat before, or if you’re a pro and just need a Challenge I believe how you work out is totally up to you. This group provides you with a challenge and offers rewards so your subconscious mind grasps that the new activities and actions are good and after a while just become habit. This is not just for your physical body but I will also go over many other things that will help you grow like a mental diet and so on.
The program works like this;
Phase 1 (working out and making the change)
Phase 2 (Continued workouts from phase 1 , and adding a mental diet)
Phase 3 (Continue phase 1-2 , and adding a yell free mindset)
Phase 4 (Continuing phases 1-2-3 and adding rituals for better life and financial improvements)
If your interested in joining the group of awesome people that are improving their life and willing to help you improve yours please don’t hesitate to join us by Clicking here and signing up http://successisatmyfingertips.gr8.com/
If this one goes well I will continue to add on phases and for those that missed any of the other stuff any newbies I will completely personalize a program for you!
“The time will never be just right, so just start now”
“Change is inevitable Progress is optional”
“If you do not change direction you may end up where you’re going”
“Progress is impossible without change, and those who cannot change their minds cannot change anything”
“Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be ACHIEVED”
“Change your thoughts, and your whole world will change”
“If you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change”
“If you’re tired of starting over stop giving up”
“Don’t wish for it, work for it”
“If it doesn’t challenge you it doesn’t change you”
“I may not be there yet, but I’m closer then I was yesterday”
